Choose amounts according to your taste. 1. frozen shrimp 2. sliced onions 3. peeled and sliced ginger 4. several skinned and crushed cloves of garlic 5. cut up tomato (an orange tomato was used in the recipe pictured) 6. Romaine lettuce cut up into small pieces (or spinach could also be used) 7. Stir fry and/or Oyster sauce 8. pasta of your choice |

1. Cook pasta according to directions on package. 2. In a wok or skillet saute ingredients 2 - 5 for a minute or two. 3. Add frozen shrimp and continue to saute until the shrimp are fully cooked (about 5 minutes) 4. Add Romaine lettuce and continue to saute just until the lettuce cooks into the mix. 5. Add stir fry and/or Oyster sauce while sauteing to taste 6. Drain cooked pasta and mix together with rest of the ingredients Total preparation time less than 30 minutes. From Chef Gerundina |
