In a skillet brown the ground turkey ,onion, and garlic over a medium
heat until the turkey is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Add sauce and simmer for 15 minutes; preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook ziti according to package directions. Use a 9x12 inch baking dish
and spray dish with a non-stick cooking spray. Layer half with ziti then
turkey, sausage, provolone, mozzarella, and ricotta cheeses. Then repeat
the layers. Then sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and cover with foil and
bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees; after 25 minutes remove foil and
bake for 5 more minutes. Makes 8 servings. A family favorite.
